ai-photo-edit.app lets you upload images, mark unwanted areas, remove objects with AI inpainting, and export edited results as images, PDF files, or ZIP archives. Some features may require an account or edit credits. We offer free monthly credits, subscriptions, and one-time credit bundles as shown on the pricing page.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- The Service currently supports sign-in through Google OAuth.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated when necessary.
3. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments
- Free access includes a limited number of edit credits per billing cycle. Credit amounts, reset rules, or usage limits may change based on service configuration.
- Paid plans and one-time purchases are governed by the terms, prices, and benefits shown at checkout.
- You may cancel subscriptions through the management flow in your account; unless stated otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, paid edit credits or subscription access may be non-refundable once used, as described by the policy shown at purchase.
4. Your Images and License
You retain rights to the images you upload and the edited results you generate. You grant us a temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, process, and display your files solely to operate the Service and provide edited results and exports.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, edit, and export each image. Do not upload images that you are not authorized to process.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, export, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringes another person's rights.
- Contains sensitive personal data or regulated information that you are not authorized to process through the Service.
- Includes malware, attempts to exploit the Service, or is designed to disrupt our systems.
- Attempts to bypass login, rate limits, credit checks, payment restrictions, or security controls.
- Uses automated access in a way that overloads or harms the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access, remove data, or block jobs that violate these Terms or threaten service integrity.
6. Output Disclaimer
Edit output quality depends on the source image, mask accuracy, lighting, resolution, and processing conditions. Results may contain artifacts, incomplete removal, color differences, or visual inconsistencies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for legal, financial, medical, or other important purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its interface, code, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
8. Third-Party Providers
The Service may depend on providers such as Google, object storage providers, image-processing providers, Stripe, and analytics vendors. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions by third parties outside our reasonable control.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, bypass credits or payment limits, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from images you upload, your use of outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
